Definitely would not recommend. Absolutely appalling service with little to no effective communication between staff. The cleaner turned up not equipped for the job required despite Rahul, the managing director of the business, coming a few weeks prior in person to do a quote. Was quoted an extortionate amount of money which turned out to not include the main reason for engaging their services in the first place. Ended up wasting almost 2 hours of my time to not have the job done in the end because there was a lot of backward and forward on the phone between the cleaner and his managing director. Rahul ended up hanging up on his employee in the end and Amit had no choice but to leave the premises confused and embarrassed. No apology or follow up from management. No explanation. Do not waste your time.
